Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project or PMP certification is a plus. Should have proficiency in MS Office package

Provide schedule to each projects and co-ordinate with clients and update the status of projects Conceive information from Charge in hand, Project manager and Site coordinators. Receive site clearance report from charge in hand and site coordinators after site survey. Check daily that all project sites are working as per schedule. GPS tracking monitor site attendance of workers. Update management about the progress at each site Commit schedule and implement successfully. Prepare procurement list based on stage of requirement. Ensure that all project documents, Engineering submittals and samples are submitted on time Keep track on deadlines on Engineering, Project and Operations. Prepare progress Chart and ensure that project progresses every week as per planned. Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Sales and Operations for successful coordination of all divisions. Receive program of delivery, installation, completion, T & C schedule from project manager. Notify delay, reason of delay and discuss and confirm alternatives to overcome the delay in progress Provide delivery list to warehouse with schedule date of delivery. Ask procurement list, verify and submit to finance for approval Arrange weekly meeting to update the status of the project. Prepare project status report and email all department regarding the status of the project
