Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of the
Call Center associates who deal with the existing and potential Customers.  QA will monitor inbound & Outbound calls for voice and information quality. In addition, all email communication of sales &  marketing will also be monitored &   controlled for quality.
