Job Description

Prepare and submit Commercial & Technical Proposals and Quotations. Reviews client specifications and project documents carefully before proposal preparation. Communicate with sub-vendor or sub-contractors to get offers. Prepare accurate take-off, bill of materials and required man-hours of the bid. Attend meetings with clients during bid clarifications or kick-off meetings. Receive and review customer purchase orders to identify any discrepancies (e.g., pricing, delivery, payments, penalty, warranty, etc.) Acknowledge customer purchase order if there are no discrepancies and approved by the Sales Manager. Record job/sales orders and change orders to JDE. Dedicate his time to achieve his monthly and annual sales target vs. the annual budget. Ensuring that the requirements of ISO 9001 and EMS 14001 are being implemented and maintained.

Minimum 5 years of working experience as Sales Support Engineer or similar field of work. Extensive knowledge in the Saudi market especially in electrical services and automation business

Proficient in English language. Computer literate. Sales and Negotiation skills
