*Understanding Project Specification related Piping Discipline
*Review of Inspection and Test Plan for Piping & Mechanical Discipline
*To conduct and coordinate the inspection and test according to the ITP with the Subcontractor or Company
Knowledge of codes, such as ASME Sec I, V, VIII and IX, ANSI B31.3/4/8, NACE, DIN and AWS D1.1, and testing equipment including Positive Material Identification test equipment required for the inspection of mechanical
commodities such as pipes, fittings and pressure boundary components.
*Awareness regarding the specifications and requirements for field testing of valves.
*Awareness of different types & classification of piping materials, gaskets, valves, supports and fittings.
*Awareness regarding the care required for in line instruments, precision valves, pipe supports and connected *equipment during fabrication, welding, installation, heat treatment, pressure testing and flushing of the piping.
*Knowledge of non-metallic piping, its materials, fabrication, inspection and testing.
*Knowledge of the contents of the test package before leak testing, safety requirements during pressure testing, tie in packages, hot tie in and cold tie in packages.
*Review of related procedures and maintaining of inspection records.
Degree/Major: High-School Diploma or Higher / Piping Engineering
*Male/Female: Male
*position: Piping Inspector
*Language: Reading, Writing and Speaking English with fluency
*Career: Min. 5 years experiences in EPC Project (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Plant) in KSA
*Preference: Computer application ability (MS office, Auto CAD, Navisworks)
*Others: Training the Subcontractor’s QC Inspectors
